Requirements:
- Current, valid RN license with applicable state nursing board.
- Proven leadership experience in nursing, preferably in maternal/child health or behavioral health settings.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with teams.
