Description: Our client, a children's hospital providing unparalleled medical care, is hiring a recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable candidates for the hospital.
- Meet hiring goals by filling open positions in a timely manner.
- Building relationships with local programs
- Developing proactive sourcing strategies
- Screening candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating the interview process
- Facilitating offers for employment
- Ensuring candidates have a positive experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field) required.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
- Experience developing recruiting strategy
- 5+ years’ managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in a healthcare setting, hospital experience required
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
- Must possess superior customer service, communication and organizational skills and must enjoy working with others.
- Requires the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in the English language.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
