Job Description
Our client, a leading provider of chemical dependency treatment, is seeking a Staff Psychiatrist to join their growing team. As they expand their outpatient facilities throughout NYC, they are looking for a dedicated professional who wants to grow with the organization and contribute to its mission.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for patients with substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop and implement new clinical processes and procedures.
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care in accordance with best practices in addiction and rehabilitation treatment.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and long-term wellness.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE experience in addiction and rehabilitation treatment.
- Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist with a valid NYS medical license.
- Passion for working in a dynamic, expanding organization with opportunities for professional advancement.
