Job Description
Our client is hiring a Primary Care Physician for their locations in Orange County, NY. This unique practice caters to busy working professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients, evaluate health status, initiate therapeutic and preventive measures, and make appropriate and necessary referrals to specialty and other consultative medical services.
- Will coordinate care with other members of the health care team and refer patients when necessary for further diagnostic workups or treatment.
- Carry a patient caseload consistent with quality of care and productivity standards.
- Communicate on an ongoing basis with other health care providers and other staff on all aspects of the health needs of patients.
- Patient load on average is 20 patients per day.
- Flexible full-time schedule
- 100% outpatient
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Minimum 1 year experience
- BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- NY State Medical License
- DEA
