Job Description
Our client, a practice devoted to musculoskeletal and sports medicine, is hiring a Practice Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations, human resources, employee benefits
- Credentialing and enrollment
- Create a deep understanding of the company culture and operations, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, where excellence and collaboration thrive
- Perform employee job reviews
- Help create and maintain a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and equality
- Balance the needs of the physician team with office and staff needs
- Manage employees, ensuring team success and positive employee experience
- Oversee team of front and backend staff as well clinical staff.
- Schedule: 9-5 M-F, on site
Requirements:
- College degree
- Prior experience leading a team of at least 20
- Must be able to manage up and down and relate to the management team as a whole
- Experience as a practice manager in a pain management, ortho, aesthetics, or dermatology practice
