Our client, a well-established, physician-led healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Northern New Jersey. This opportunity offers the ability to practice relationship-based medicine in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality over volume, physician autonomy, and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide high-quality outpatient primary care with an emphasis on continuity, preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships.
-
Participate in limited inpatient rounding for established patients, approximately two half-days per week, helping maintain continuity of care across settings.

Collaborate with a strong clinical support team, including Physician Assistants who manage the majority of urgent calls and outpatient triage.

MD or DO degree.
-
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
-
Open to experienced physicians as well as 2026 residency graduates.
-
Comfortable managing both outpatient and limited inpatient clinical responsibilities.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
-
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented practice environment.
Some of the Benefits:
-
Competitive compensation package with productivity and quality-based incentives.

401(k) plan with employer match.
-
Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance.
-
Strong clinical and administrative support, including advanced technology resources that help minimize after-hours charting and administrative workload.
-
Clear pathway to partnership/shareholder opportunities and long-term leadership growth within a physician-led organization.
-
Established patient base and a stable practice environment focused on quality care rather than high-volume throughput.
-
Located in a family-friendly Northern New Jersey community with convenient access to New York City, excellent schools, diverse neighborhoods, and abundant recreational opportunities.
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, training, and qualifications. Additional details regarding compensation and incentives are available upon request.
