Job Description
Our client, a reputable healthcare provider dedicated to delivering comprehensive and patient-centered care, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illness.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
- Stay current with medical advancements and incorporate best practices into patient care.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
