Job Description
Our client, a not-for-profit teaching hospital serving an ethnically diverse residential neighborhood of New York City, is hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) Internal Medicine to support Primary Care of the Ambulatory Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret lab work, provide recommendations on preventive healthcare, write prescriptions, and diagnose and treat illnesses.
- Ensures the completion of a comprehensive patient history and physical examination.
- Performs CPR/BCLS/ACLS protocols
- Clinic based, ambulatory
- Schedule: Full -Time (Regular 35hrs)
- Union position
- M – F Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Requirements:
- PA-C
- Physician Assistant License
