Our client a leading healthcare institution dedicated to advancing cancer treatment and research is hiring a Physician Assistant to join their distinguished team at the outpatient cancer center in New York. They are adding a PA to a Phase I / first-in-human clinical trials program. What you’ll do

  • Manage and provide care for oncology patients enrolled in early-phase clinical trials
  • Partner with primary/secondary attending physicians on evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up
  • Participate in trial visits, including:

    • Adverse event grading
    • Ongoing clinical assessment and care coordination
  • Coordinate with research staff (coordinators/regulatory) to support:
    • Protocol adherence
    • Data quality and integrity
    • Smooth execution from screening through treatment

What we’re looking for

  • Active NYS PA license/registration
  • 1+ year oncology experience (comfortable managing complex cases)
  • Strong documentation skills and comfort with complex protocols
  • Collaborative, organized, team-first approach
  • Spanish-speaking a plus
  • Research experience is a plus, but not required (you’ll be trained)
