Description: Our client, a nationally renowned academic medical center and integrated healthcare delivery system, is currently hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) Neurosurgery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Treat neurosurgery patients
- Medical services rendered by the physician assistant may include, obtaining patient histories and performing physical examinations; ordering and/or performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures; formulating a diagnosis; developing and implementing a treatment plan; monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions; assisting at surgery; offering counseling and education to meet patient needs; making appropriate referrals
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Physician’s Assistant program
- Registered as a Physician’s Assistant in New York State
- NCCPA certified.
- NIHSS certified
- ENLS certified
