Job Description
Our client, a nationally renowned academic medical center and integrated healthcare delivery system, is currently hiring a Physician Assistant (PA), Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for planning, evaluation, coordination, implantation, and facilitation of all facets of care for patients and families
- Demonstrate advanced and diverse clinical knowledge and skills in the capacity of clinician, educator, researcher, collaborator, and patient advocate to provide both direct and indirect patient care in a semi-autonomous, self-directed role in accordance with professional standards and clinical expertise
Job Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved PA program.
- Must have at least 1 year Internal Medicine experience.
- Licensed and registered in NYS.
- Must pass National Certification Exam and must pass National Recertification Exam every ten years.
- Must obtain 100 credits of approved CME every two years.
