Job Description
Our client, a prominent multi-specialty physician practice, is seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant for Orthopedics. The Physician Assistant will ensure delivery of the highest standards of patient care, support quality improvement and operational efficiency, and align team efforts with organizational values, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics. Working closely with the Department’s Quality Improvement Director and Physician Leaders, this individual will play a central role in coordinating care, enhancing patient outcomes, improving satisfaction, and driving financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-house consultations
- Prescribing and dispensing medication
- Interpreting diagnostic test results
- Supporting postsurgical patients during the critical postoperative period
Requirements:
- Licensure as a PA in New York State required
- NCCPA Certification
