Job Description
Our client, a high-performing rehabilitation team affiliated with a world-class rehabilitation hospital in the New York Metro area, is hiring multiple outpatient Physical Therapists. These roles offer the opportunity to practice in modern, patient-focused clinics located across The Bronx, Yonkers, White Plains, Purchase, Mamaroneck, West Nyack, Scarsdale, and Mount Vernon.

This role offers one-on-one patient care with 45-minute treatment sessions, manageable caseloads, and a supportive culture of low burnout, high therapist retention, and a deep commitment to clinical quality, where therapists are empowered to practice as true clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and individualized, evidence-based treatments for diverse outpatient populations.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized care plans.
- Track patient progress, update treatment strategies as needed, and document care in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Contribute to a culture of quality, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in New York State.
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred; strong new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and time management skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
