Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and recovery strategies.
- Document patient interactions accurately within the Epic Electronic Medical Record system.
- Collaborate with physicians, sports trainers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous education initiatives.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in orthopedics and outpatient rehabilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Behavioral competency in handling challenges related to teamwork and patient interactions.
