Description: Hiring a Nurse Practitioner Women’s Health for a well-respected community-based healthcare center with branches throughout New York City. These centers offer quality healthcare services for the whole family. They are deeply committed to the patients and communities served. The Nurse Practitioner Women’s Health will join a team dedicated to providing quality, culturally competent and comprehensive community-based primary care, mental health and social services for diverse populations in underserved communities throughout New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based Primary Care to patients.
- Join a collaborative care team which includes nursing staff and other services such as Health Education, Nutrition, Social Work and Behavioral Health.
- Work with a dynamic team providing care to medically underserved communities throughout New York City
Requirements:
- Valid NYS Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner License
- 1+ years of experience of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
