Job Description

Our client, a nationally recognized hospital pioneering compassionate end-of-life care for adults with advanced cancer and life-limiting illnesses, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP). Provide high-quality, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative team focused on continuity and dignity at every stage. Be part of a mission-driven team guided by values of compassion, non-abandonment, dignity, and love. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families during the most critical moments of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver palliative care services to terminally ill adult patients across inpatient and community settings
  • Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on continuity of care alongside fellow NPs
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, holistic care
  • Support patients and families through symptom management, advanced care planning, and end-of-life decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Current NP license in New York State
  • Certification as a Palliative Care NP strongly preferred
  • Will consider AGNPs (preferred) and FNPs with relevant experience
  • New graduates welcome to apply if experienced in oncology, hospice, or palliative care as an RN
