Job Description

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Cancer Center, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate chemotherapy and immunotherapy services, ensuring timely administration and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans and achieve organizational goals.
- Manage staffing schedules, budget allocation, and resource utilization for optimal department performance.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- 1–3 years of oncology experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Experience in a leadership role (e.g., Management, Charge Nurse, or Team Leader).
- Certification in Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment).
Preferred
- Experience with infusion therapy.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in oncology-related protocols and procedures.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
