Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Cancer Center, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate chemotherapy and immunotherapy services, ensuring timely administration and adherence to protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans and achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage staffing schedules, budget allocation, and resource utilization for optimal department performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • 1–3 years of oncology experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
  • Experience in a leadership role (e.g., Management, Charge Nurse, or Team Leader).
  • Certification in Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment).

Preferred

  • Experience with infusion therapy.
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
