Description: Hiring a Non-Profit Fund Development Manager for a Federally Qualified Health Center. The Non-Profit Fund Development Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating projects and initiatives of varying duration and limited scope. The Non-Profit Fund Development Manager develops and presents sensitivity analyses incorporating financial and budgetary implications.

  • Responsible for all aspects of project design related to capital grant funding applications.
  • Responsible for submission of all grant funding applications.
  • Point person for dissemination of grant application for executives and managers.
  • Research and develop corporate and foundation grant proposals
  • Oversees and manages all response to regulatory agencies and funders
  • Sources grant funding opportunities for the organization
  • Develops agenda for Grants Committee Meetings and is a standing member of committee.
  • Provides detailed sensitivity analysis, critical path analysis, and evaluations
  • Develops sensitivity analyses incorporating financial and budgetary implications.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to colleagues on the integration of initiatives, services, and projects; develops short and long-term strategies for the successful introduction
  • Manages and/or coordinates the services and relationships of broad arrange of outside consultants, public agencies, vendors, lenders, foundations, and internal staff
  • Develops and maintains mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating project progress; assesses project issues and designs interventions with project constituents to develop resolutions and meet project goals and objectives; prepares reports on progress.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience with project funding, development, and /or program management.

Desired Skills:

  • Analytical, Self-Starter and results-focused.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
