Job Description
A renowned community hospital committed to providing exceptional care to a culturally diverse population in New York City, is hiring a Neurologist. The hospital’s neurology department currently consists of five neurologists and is focused on strategic growth and program development. Join a dynamic and evolving department that values collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered care. Job Responsibilities:
- Treat general Neurology patients
- Work with Primary care physicians on a consulting basis for patients that show symptoms related to a neurological issue
- Diagnose neurological disorders and order diagnostic tests such as blood tests and imaging tests to aid in identifying neurological disorders
- Diagnose and treat patients with a range of common to complex neurologic conditions
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. One weekday call per week. Flexible scheduling options available.
Job Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- NY State Medical license
- New graduates and J-1 visa candidates are welcome to apply
