Description: Hiring a Manager of Human Resources for provider of Human Resource Management, Benefits, and Payroll services to healthcare providers and their practices. In this role, you will assist in managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for daily oversight of Human Resources (HR) office operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures within the HR department with supervisory responsibilities of all HR support staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling employee complaints and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Reviewing employee relations issues and making recommendations
  • Facilitating actions to resolve employee relations issues
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with new hire onboarding process
  • Performance management of the HR support staff
  • Assigns work, monitors progress, assists with professional development
  • Project management and implementation initiatives as assigned
  • Provide guidance as necessary to HR staff on issues/protocol
  • Assist in developing, and coordinating training courses

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources employee relations experience
  • Must possess knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration
  • Previous supervisory experience
