Job Description
Our client, a multispecialty group affiliated with a premier academic medical center on Long Island, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform initial assessment of mental health conditions
- Order and analyze necessary diagnostic tests
- Prescribe appropriate evidence-based treatment and medication
- Treat adult patients
Job Requirements:
- MD
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- NY State Medical License
- Motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
- Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
