Job Description

Their model is built on strong physician autonomy, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering measurable, high-quality patient care, including a physician partnership track and top-tier performance in national quality metrics and the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Physicians are supported by an infrastructure designed to enhance—not replace—the doctor-patient relationship, with a focus on coordinated, personalized care and long-term health outcomes. This environment allows clinicians to practice at the top of their license while maintaining a meaningful connection with their patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients, including acute and chronic conditions, with a track to become a partner with equity.
- The care model is quality-driven, prioritizing thoughtful, comprehensive patient care over high-volume expectations.
- Manage complex and ongoing patient care plans with an emphasis on measurable quality outcomes.
- Call: Provide limited weekend coverage, approximately two times per month (approximately 4 hours on Saturdays).
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
