Job Description
Our client, is a post-acute care management company with many years of providing improved, full-time care for patients in skilled nursing facilities, adult homes, and assisted living facilities. The team of elite diagnosticians and clinicians work in conjunction with the facility staff to satisfy patients, develop high-touch, customized care plans and implement pro-active clinical triggers to facilitate ongoing patient care. Our client is hiring physicians (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Geriatric Medicine) for onsite care of patients. There are multiple openings at various sites including - Brooklyn, Queens (Flushing and Far Rockaway), Staten Island, Rochester.
Responsibilities:
- Physicians can expect a patient load of 20 - 30 per day.
- Full-time or part-time
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in their specialty
- New graduates welcome to apply.
