Our client, a growing physician-led orthopedic practice and ambulatory surgery center serving patients across Northern New Jersey, is hiring a Healthcare Human Resources Operations Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and formalize HR processes within an evolving, supportive environment that values a people-first approach. The selected candidate will play a critical role in establishing foundational HR practices, partnering closely with leadership to shape organizational culture, and driving operational efficiency across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to cultivate and promote a positive, collaborative organizational culture.
- Provide employee coaching, conduct investigations, and address HR-related concerns.
- Introduce structure and professionalism into HR operations, including recruitment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies, maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace.
Requirements:
- Well-rounded HR professional with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in building and formalizing HR functions within growing organizations.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically to implement scalable HR solutions.
- Proficiency with HR systems, notably Paycom (HRIS).
