Job Description
Title: Family Nurse Practitioner FNP or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner PNP
Location: Westchester County NY
Industry: Healthcare

Description: Our client, a pediatric skilled care facility, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner FNP or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner PNP to join their growing team of pediatricians and subspecialty providers in the care and treatment of children and young adults with complex medical illness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services
- Perform clinical assessments of children for acute illness or change in status
- Order medications and ensure proper administration
- Provide emergency services for residents as needed
- Address abnormal laboratory results and document assessment and plans
- Order and arrange transfer of residents to acute care facilities as indicated, including provision of written consultation and telephone call to receiving ED
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM- 4PM (Flexible), 37.5-hour work week
Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
