Job Description
Our client, an academic medical center located in the New York City Metro area, is hiring an Endocrinologist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, examining, and investigating patients and their medical histories for signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances
- Advising, ordering, performing tests, and interpreting the results
- Discussing diagnoses with patients, explaining treatment options, and giving advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures
- Supporting patients with serious or complex endocrine conditions
- 70/30 mix of ambulatory/inpatient cases
Job Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Fellowship training in Endocrinology
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology
- Licensed to practice medicine in NY state
