Job Description
Our client, a well-established community teaching hospital in Brooklyn, New York, is hiring a Dermatologist/General: Full time or Part time. This position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to join a growing outpatient dermatology program dedicated to serving a diverse patient population in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. As a key member of the dermatology team, you will provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, managing a broad spectrum of conditions within a busy outpatient clinic. The role emphasizes high patient throughput, allowing for building a thriving practice that can accommodate more patients and reduce waiting times. You will operate in a supportive multidisciplinary setting, enjoying flexible scheduling options to suit your availability.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality outpatient dermatology care, focusing on medical dermatology.
- Manage a diverse range of dermatologic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Contribute to community-based patient education and resident training.
- Build and expand the practice to improve patient access and clinic efficiency.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
- Eligible for New York state medical licensure.
- Strong clinical skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and community health.
