Job Description
Our client, a respected provider committed to enriching the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New Jersey, is hiring a Clinical Director. This full-time leadership role focuses on operational oversight, quality assurance, and performance improvement across habilitative service lines.
As the Clinical Director, you will provide administrative leadership supervising a multidisciplinary team of clinicians across various therapy modalities. You will oversee productivity standards, ensure services are delivered in accordance with individual service plans and funding requirements, and work closely with program leadership to meet organizational goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence service excellence in a growing environment, without direct patient care responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative supervision and clinical oversight for habilitative services.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to achieve reimbursement and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor clinicians’ productivity, documentation, and compliance to ensure adherence to funding and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with program leadership to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, with a focus on leadership and performance optimization.
Requirements:
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience working with the IDD patient population
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, including leadership and supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance expectations, workflows, and operational metrics.
- Strong supervisory skills and experience working in a productivity-driven environment.
