Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale a newly established Social Impact Innovation Division. This unique role offers the opportunity to create lasting change by launching an incubator for community-based organizations (CBOs) and driving the development of cutting-edge, tech-based solutions that enhance the well-being of underserved. The CEO will spearhead initiatives focused on social innovation, product development, and community empowerment, while collaborating with key stakeholders to build impactful partnerships across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Build the Social Impact Division
- Establish a robust innovation framework for CBOs and develop an anchoring hub model.
- Launch and scale an incubator program to support community-based initiatives addressing systemic social challenges.
- Drive the creation of scalable, technology-based solutions that address critical needs in underserved communities.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team aligned with the division's mission.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and impact.
- Forge partnerships with public, private, and academic organizations to advance the division's initiatives.
- Collaborate across sectors to develop tailored solutions for community needs.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of social innovation, from ideation to prototyping, piloting, and scaling.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with the division’s mission.
- Translate the division’s strategic vision into actionable plans that drive high-impact initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to further the division's growth and sustainability.
- Develop sustainable revenue streams to ensure the financial health and long-term impact of the division.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in large-scale non-profits, social impact organizations, or technology companies.
- Extensive experience in corporate innovation, product development, and early-stage company leadership.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage organizational growth.
- Expertise in behavioral health, social impact, or public health sectors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in bringing innovative, data-driven solutions to market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on balancing strategic vision and operational execution.
- Strategic Leader: A clear vision and the ability to drive initiatives with a focus on tangible, measurable outcomes.
- Experienced Innovator: Proven track record of leading innovation in complex environments.
- Partnership Builder: Experience fostering and nurturing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
