Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer and Chief Growth Officer with a profound understanding of the healthcare industry leveraging technological advancement to lead the expansion of a multi-state healthcare organization. Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of executives and managers across diverse departments.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and investors.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Decision-Making: Make high-level decisions that steer the organization toward success.
- Goal Setting: Establish and monitor organizational goals and objectives, ensuring progress toward their achievement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in healthcare services, demonstrating expertise in multi-state and multi-unit operations.
- Experience working for a private equity-backed firm is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful executive roles, showcasing strong leadership abilities.
- Exceptional skills in identifying opportunities and driving sustainable growth.
- Sound financial acumen, including budget management and financial performance analysis.
