Job Description

Our client, a prominent healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence, is hiring a Practice Administrator. This key leadership role is vital in scaling the practice’s operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of services across multiple locations. As Practice Administrator, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, coordinate clinical and administrative functions, and implement strategic initiatives to support rapid growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding the practice from one to multiple locations, supporting the addition of new providers, and maintaining high standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational activities across multiple practice locations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop administrative and clinical staff.
  • Streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between providers, staff, and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, including practice expansion plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and develop budgets.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in senior healthcare management, with a proven track record of overseeing large, multi-site physician practices or healthcare organizations.
  • Executive-Level Practice Management: Demonstrated success in leading complex healthcare operations, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Advanced Leadership & Team Development: Exceptional ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams, foster collaboration across departments, and drive high-performance cultures.
  • Strategic & Operational Expertise: Strong background in healthcare regulations, billing, coding, and compliance, combined with deep knowledge of revenue cycle management and operational efficiency.
  • Change Management & Growth Leadership: Proven experience guiding organizations through expansions, acquisitions, and integrations while maintaining quality and sustainability.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities and implementing enterprise-wide systems and processes.
  • Educational Credentials: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, especially during the growth phase. 
  • Experience developing SOPs, KPI's, scorecards, and nurturing employee growth
  • Experience improving profitability.
