Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing Accounts Receivables management company in need of an A/R Follow up Medical Biller. The A/R Follow-Up Medical Biller responsible for providing clear and detailed information regarding the status of insurance claims submitted to insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
  • Log onto insurance carrier websites.
  • Call insurance carriers for claim status.
  • Take detailed notes.
  • Document call notes utilizing an in-house system.
  • Identify problems that has stalled the claim process.
  • Take the necessary steps to overcome those problems.
  • Verify and update member demographic information.
Requirements:
  • Follow up experience
  • Familiarity with insurance carriers
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites.
  • EPIC experience preferred.
  • Hybrid opportunity / 1 day a week onsite
